Jouri Hills is a luxury residential development by Arada, located in Jumeirah Golf Estates, Dubai. It marks Arada's first project in Dubai, a developer previously known for large-scale Sharjah communities including Aljada and Masaar. Arada offers a 60/40 payment plan on Jouri Hills, meaning buyers pay 60% during the construction period and the remaining 40% on handover. This structure reduces upfront capital commitment while securing a property in one of Dubai's most established golf communities.

Jouri Hills is scheduled for handover in Q2 2025, making it a near-ready asset for buyers purchasing today. Phase 3 is the final phase of the project, comprising 92 residences, which limits future supply within this specific development.
