Ashwood Estates

Ashwood Estates is a gated villa community developed by Wasl, one of Dubai's largest government-linked real estate developers. The project comprises 185 standalone luxury villas across 4, 5, and 6-bedroom configurations inside Jumeirah Golf Estates. It forms part of the community's newest expansion zone, known as the Next Chapter.

4-bedroom villas start from AED 12 million, 5-bedroom villas from AED 15.9 million, and 6-bedroom villas from AED 20.2 million. Villa sizes range from 6,043 sq.ft up to 16,802 sq.ft depending on the configuration. All prices are for off-plan units with handover in Q4 2028.

Ashwood Estates follows a 50/50 payment structure — 10% is due on booking, 40% is paid in stages during construction, and the remaining 50% is due on handover in Q4 2028. This schedule gives buyers a manageable entry point with the bulk of payment aligned to project completion.

Ashwood Estates is scheduled for handover in Q4 2028, giving buyers approximately three to four years from launch to completion. The project is currently off-plan and being developed by Wasl within the Jumeirah Golf Estates master community in Dubai.
