The Wilds is a master-planned villa community by Aldar Properties located in Dubailand, South Dubai. It comprises 903 villas across ten clusters, split between Cassia Villas and the premium Raveena Residences. It is the UAE's first community to achieve both LEED Platinum and 3-Star Fitwel dual certification.

Cassia Villas are available in 3, 4, and 5-bedroom layouts ranging from 2,972 sq. ft to 4,448 sq. ft BUA, each on plots between 3,711 and 5,138 sq. ft. Raveena Residences offer 4 and 5-bedroom options with BUA from 5,434 sq. ft up to 6,678 sq. ft on plots reaching 9,818 sq. ft. All homes include a maid's room and preparation kitchen.

Prices at The Wilds start from AED 5,900,000 for a 3-bedroom Cassia Villa with a BUA of 2,972 sq. ft on a 3,711 sq. ft plot. Raveena Residences, being larger premium homes with Central Park views and a driver's room, are priced higher. Buyers can choose a light or dark interior colour scheme at no additional specification penalty.

The Wilds offers a 65/35 payment plan, meaning 65% is paid during construction and 35% on handover. The projected handover date is Q2 2029. This structure gives buyers a relatively low completion burden, making it attractive for both end-users and investors managing cash flow.

The Wilds is located in Dubailand off Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road (E311) with access via Al Aid Road. It sits adjacent to Al Barari and Majan communities, with IMG Worlds of Adventure and Global Village within minutes.
