The developer is Taraf, a Dubai-based luxury real estate company known for delivering high-end branded residences. Taraf partnered with the Karl Lagerfeld brand to bring this fashion-inspired waterfront community to Meydan. It is one of the few Karl Lagerfeld-branded residential projects in the UAE.
