Fleurs de Jardin is a gated villa and mansion community in District 11, Meydan, developed by AMIS in collaboration with luxury brand Jacob & Co. The development holds just 25 residences across a 241,051 sq.ft plot, making it one of the most exclusive low-density releases in Dubai. It is an off-plan project with handover scheduled for Q3 2028.

Fleurs de Jardin comprises 19 five-bedroom villas starting from 9,636 sq.ft and 6 six-bedroom mansions starting from 17,016 sq.ft. Every residence follows a Basement + Ground + 2-floor layout. With only 25 homes across the entire site, availability is highly limited.

Fleurs de Jardin offers a 70/30 payment plan structured across the construction timeline. Buyers pay 10% on booking, 20% during the early construction phase, 40% across four milestones through March 2028, and the remaining 30% on handover in Q3 2028. This spreads the bulk of payments across construction rather than front-loading them.
