The Coral Collection

The Coral Collection is Nakheel's ultra-luxury beachfront villa series on the outer fronds of Palm Jebel Ali. It comprises five bespoke villa types — Coral Dune, Sunset Mirage, Red Aurora, Redwood, and Porcelain Roses — co-designed by SAOTA and Naga Architects. Each residence is a G+2 structure spanning 11,519 to 12,010 sq.ft with 6 or 7 bedrooms and direct beach access.

Villas in The Coral Collection start from AED 42,600,000. Pricing reflects the outer frond positioning, generous plot sizes of up to 21,944 sq.ft, and the bespoke architectural design by two internationally recognised firms. The collection is aimed at ultra-high-net-worth buyers seeking one-of-a-kind beachfront residences in Dubai.

The Coral Collection offers an 80/20 payment plan. Buyers pay 20% on booking, 60% in staged instalments during construction, and the remaining 20% on handover. Handover is scheduled for October 2029, giving buyers a structured and manageable payment schedule over approximately four years.

The villas were co-designed by SAOTA (Stefan Antoni Olmesdahl Truen Architects), the acclaimed South African firm known for dramatic residential architecture, and Naga Architects. Together they produced five distinct villa identities, each with unique facades, spatial layouts, and materiality while sharing the same ultra-luxury specifications throughout.

Residents enjoy private pools, landscaped beachfront gardens, fire pits, BBQ areas, rooftop terraces, and curated car galleries within their own homes. Through the Palm Jebel Ali masterplan, they also access a Yacht Club, Leisure Park, Wellness Resort, luxury hotels, and waterfront dining venues. There are five villa types: Coral Dune (Villa I) with 6 bedrooms at 11,635 sq.ft, Sunset Mirage (Villa M) with 6 bedrooms at 11,701 sq.ft, Red Aurora (Villa C) with 7 bedrooms at 11,670 sq.ft, Redwood (Villa G) with 7 bedrooms at 12,010 sq.ft, and Porcelain Roses (Villa D) with 7 bedrooms at 11,519 sq.ft. Plot sizes range from 16,745 to 21,944 sq.ft across all types.

Palm Jebel Ali is Dubai's largest palm island development and has a finite supply of beachfront plots, particularly on the outer fronds where The Coral Collection sits. Nakheel's master developer track record on Palm Jumeirah underpins buyer confidence, and the island's ongoing infrastructure build-out is expected to drive significant capital appreciation before and after handover in 2029.

The Coral Collection is scheduled for handover in Q4 2029, specifically October 2029.
