Terra Gardens is a residential development by Emaar Properties located within Expo Living, part of the Expo City Dubai master plan. Prices at Terra Gardens start from AED 1,550,000 for a 1-bedroom apartment. Emirati buyers currently have access to an exclusive 2.5% monthly payment plan available to a limited number of qualified buyers. General payment plan terms for all buyers are expected to be announced soon.
