The project is developed by Select Group, a leading UAE-based developer, in partnership with Six Senses Hotels Resorts Spas, which is part of IHG Hotels & Resorts. This collaboration brings a globally recognised luxury wellness hospitality brand into a permanent residential format for the first time at this scale in Dubai Marina.
