Eywa Way of Water

Eywa Way of Water is a 28-storey ultra-luxury residential tower in Business Bay, Dubai, developed by R.EVOLUTION. The project features just 65 fully furnished residences designed by architect Zane Tetere-Sulce around the concept of The Way of Water, integrating biophilic design, EMF protection, and structured living water systems. It is one of the most limited-inventory wellness towers currently launching in Dubai.

The tower offers 2 to 5 bedroom apartments, duplexes, and a full-floor penthouse, with sizes ranging from 2,185 to 22,938 sq.ft. All residences are fully furnished and finished with non-toxic natural materials. Select units include private outdoor pools, terraces, walk-in dressing rooms, and show kitchens with Miele and Liebherr appliances.

Residences at Eywa Way of Water start from AED 8,900,000 for a 2-bedroom apartment. Pricing reflects the tower's ultra-luxury positioning, scarce inventory of only 65 homes, and premium Business Bay address. An approximately 15% price uplift has been announced following the pre-launch phase.

R.EVOLUTION offers two payment structures: a pre-launch 50/50 plan and a post-launch 60/40 plan. The pre-launch 50/50 option provides early buyers with better entry terms and exposure to the anticipated price increase. Both plans are structured around the Q2 2028 handover date.

Eywa Way of Water is scheduled for handover in Q2 2028. The project is currently off-plan, making this an early-stage investment opportunity before the anticipated post-launch price adjustment. Construction is underway in Business Bay under R.EVOLUTION's development programme.

R.EVOLUTION has flagged an approximate 15% price increase post-launch, giving pre-launch buyers immediate upside.
