Elire is a boutique luxury residential tower in Business Bay, Dubai, developed by Qube Development. The project comprises only 100 residences ranging from 1-bedroom simplexes to 4-bedroom duplexes, all managed by LUX hospitality. Its limited unit count and hospitality-backed management set it apart from standard residential towers in the area.

Prices at Elire start at AED 2,500,000 for a 1-bedroom simplex ranging from 612 to 1,076 sq. ft. Two-bedroom simplexes start at AED 4.7M, three-bedroom simplexes from AED 8.5M, three-bedroom duplexes from AED 15.5M, and four-bedroom duplexes from AED 23M. All residences are delivered fully furnished.

Elire offers two payment structures depending on the unit type. Simplex buyers — covering 1, 2, and 3-bedroom apartments — follow a 60/40 plan, paying 60% during construction and 40% on handover. Duplex buyers follow a 45/55 plan, with 45% during construction and 55% on handover.

Unit sizes at Elire range from 612 sq. ft. for the smallest 1-bedroom simplex up to 5,349 sq. ft. for the largest 4-bedroom duplex. Three-bedroom simplexes span 2,417 to 2,610 sq. ft., while three-bedroom duplexes measure 3,829 sq. ft. Every configuration is delivered with full furnishings and premium finishes.

Elire includes an infinity pool, lap pool, gym, Pilates studio, steam and sauna, spa, padel court, half basketball court, and both indoor and outdoor kids and teen zones. Social spaces include an indoor Majlis lounge, BBQ area, private cinema, landscaped garden seating, and indoor and outdoor dining areas.
