About This Project
Eden House Zabeel is a 242-unit residential tower rising in DIFC, developed by H&H Development and designed by DXB Lab. Its clean linear silhouette is softened by cascading greenery and inner courtyards landscaped by Vladimir Djurovic, with native Ghaf trees woven into the architecture. Interiors are by French designer Tristan Auer — a rare touch at this address. DIFC is one of Dubai's most walkable districts, surrounded by luxury retail, Michelin-calibre restaurants, and major corporate headquarters. Sheikh Zayed Road and the Dubai Metro are directly accessible, and Dubai International Airport is roughly 15 minutes away — a genuine convenience for frequent travellers and business professionals. With DIFC rental yields averaging around 7% and limited luxury supply in the district, Eden House Zabeel carries strong investment fundamentals. The 40/60 payment plan keeps capital commitment manageable during construction, with handover scheduled for Q2 2028. One- to three-bedroom apartments start from AED 4.7M, and two exclusive penthouses sit at the top of the building.
