DAMAC Volta

DAMAC Volta is a 60-storey luxury residential tower developed by DAMAC Properties and designed by Gensler. It is situated on Sheikh Zayed Road in Downtown Dubai, one of the emirate's most iconic and connected addresses. The project offers direct views of Burj Khalifa, the Dubai Fountain, and the Arabian Gulf.

Volta offers 1, 2, 3, and 4-bedroom apartments across 424 total residences. The 1 and 2-bedroom luxury units occupy floors 2 to 50, while the 3 and 4-bedroom super-luxury apartments are positioned on the upper floors from level 51 to 60. Full-floor purchases with five, eight, or nine units are also available.

Apartment sizes at DAMAC Volta range from 673 sq ft for a 1-bedroom unit up to 2,167 sq ft for a 4-bedroom super-luxury residence. All apartments feature extra-spacious balconies, 9-foot ceilings, fully fitted kitchens with stone countertops and integrated appliances, and large storage rooms in the upper-floor units.

Apartments at DAMAC Volta start from AED 2,500,000 for a 1-bedroom unit. The development is offered on an 80/20 payment plan, meaning buyers pay 80% of the purchase price during the construction phase and the remaining 20% upon handover in Q1 2028.

Volta is heavily focused on fitness and wellness. Amenities include a sky pool, aqua gym, sky yoga studio, trampoline park, a 440-ft jogging track, a 24/7 boxing ring, sculpting machines, and mirror trainers.
