DAMAC Islands 2

DAMAC Islands 2 is a large-scale residential community by DAMAC Properties located in Dubailand, Dubai. It is the second phase of the record-breaking DAMAC Islands masterplan, which sold AED 10 billion worth of property in 24 hours during Phase 1. DAMAC Islands 2 follows a 75/25 payment plan — 75% is paid during construction and 25% on handover. This structure is designed to keep monthly outflow manageable for both investors and end-users during the build period leading to Q2 2030.
