Prices start from AED 950,000 for a studio. Water-facing 1-bedroom apartments begin at a larger size range of 962 to 1,128 sq.ft, while the limited 2-bedroom townhouses span 1,881 to 1,912 sq.ft. All units are handed over fully furnished, which is included in the listed price.
