Parkwood is a twin-tower residential development by Emaar Properties located in Dubai Hills Estate. It comprises 487 units across Tower A and Tower B, set atop a shared podium. Interiors are designed by Vida, Emaar's award-winning lifestyle brand known for earthy tones and natural textures.

Parkwood offers 1, 2, and 3-bedroom apartments as well as 3-bedroom townhouses. Apartment sizes start at 727 sq ft for 1BR units, 1,071 sq ft for 2BR, and 1,577 sq ft for 3BR. The 3-bedroom townhouses measure 3,844 sq ft and include a private rooftop terrace and staff quarters.

Prices at Parkwood start from AED 1,750,000 for a 1-bedroom apartment. Two and three-bedroom units and townhouses are priced higher depending on floor, view, and layout. All units directly overlook or face Hillside Park within Dubai Hills Estate.

Parkwood comes with an 80/20 payment plan, meaning 80% is paid during construction milestones and the remaining 20% is due upon handover in Q1 2029. This structure reduces the upfront financial burden and aligns most payments with construction progress.

All Parkwood buyers qualify for a 2-year UAE investor visa since the minimum purchase price exceeds AED 750,000. Investors purchasing at AED 2,000,000 or above are eligible to apply for a 10-year UAE Golden Visa, which covers the investor and their immediate family.
