Muheira is a gated waterfront residential development by Abu Dhabi developer Modon, located on the canal in the Maysan district of Al Reem Island. It offers 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom apartments with canal and city views, resort-style amenities, and a Q4 2028 handover. The project is part of the established Maysan community, adjacent to Reem Hills.
