Mira Coral Bay is a luxury waterfront community developed by Mira Developments in partnership with Marjan, located in Al Mairid, Ras Al Khaimah. The masterplan covers 220,000 sqm and includes 14 luxury brands across apartments, townhouses, villas, two five-star hotels, beach clubs and dining venues. Every residence is delivered fully furnished and serviced.

The project is situated in Al Mairid, a coastal area of Ras Al Khaimah approximately 10 minutes from Downtown Ras Al Khaimah. It occupies a semi-island position with direct sea access and around 60,000 sqm of private beach. The location combines a self-contained resort feel with convenient access to the emirate's main retail and transport corridors.

Mira Coral Bay offers studios, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, as well as townhouses and villas across the wider masterplan. Studios are expected to start from approximately 420 sq ft. Exact layouts, floor plans and full pricing are yet to be released by the developer.

Prices start from AED 580,000 for a studio apartment, making it one of the more accessible entry points for a fully furnished, branded waterfront home in Ras Al Khaimah. Prices for larger apartments, townhouses and villas will be confirmed when the full price list is released. All homes come furnished by a luxury brand with hotel-style services included.

Residents have access to roughly 60,000 sqm of private Maldivian-sand beach, a marina, a yacht club, two branded beach clubs, two five-star hotels and 10 fine-dining venues within the community. Additional amenities include swimming pools, fitness and wellness spaces, an art gallery, landscaped sea-facing walkways and shared podium parking. The masterplan is designed as a complete destination requiring minimal travel outside the community.

Yes, Mira Coral Bay is a freehold development open to buyers of all nationalities. Ras Al Khaimah has established freehold zones that permit international ownership, and Al Mairid falls within this framework. Buyers meeting the AED 2 million threshold may also be eligible for long-term UAE residency under current visa rules, subject to confirmation at the time of purchase.

Ras Al Khaimah recorded 1.35 million overnight visitors in 2025, and apartment rents across the emirate rose by nearly 25% year on year according to CBRE, reflecting strong and growing demand. The combination of hotel-managed services, two on-site five-star hotels and a yacht club positions the community well for short-term rental income. A precise ROI projection will be possible once the payment plan, service charges and handover date are confirmed.

Both the payment plan and handover date are yet to be announced by Mira Developments, as the project launched recently and full commercial details are still being finalised.
