Jacob & Co Residences

Jacob & Co Residences is a boutique branded residential tower on Al Marjan Island, Ras Al Khaimah, developed by Mantra Developments in collaboration with Swiss luxury watchmaker Jacob & Co. The building comprises B+G+7 floors plus a rooftop and contains 223 fully fitted residences. It is one of very few branded collaborations between a haute horlogerie house and a UAE property developer.

The project offers studios, 1-bedroom, and 2-bedroom apartments with sizes ranging from 302 sq.ft to 1,409 sq.ft. All units are fully fitted with premium finishes and contemporary layouts inspired by Jacob & Co's design aesthetic. The range accommodates both compact investor units and larger owner-occupier homes.

Prices start from AED 1,100,000, making it one of the more accessibly priced branded residence launches on Al Marjan Island. The 40/60 payment plan means buyers commit 40% during the construction phase and settle the remaining 60% at handover in Q3 2027.

Mantra Developments offers a 40/60 payment plan — 40% is paid in staged installments during construction and 60% is due upon handover. Handover is scheduled for Q3 2027, which coincides with the anticipated opening of the Wynn Al Marjan Island resort nearby.

The project features a glass-bottom swimming pool, infinity pool, sunset bar, sunset deck, zen garden, steam and sauna barrels, sunken lounges, island seating, a world-class gym, golf simulator, kids' play zone, high-end dining, luxury retail, and a dedicated residents' lounge called The Lounge @Jacob & Co. Amenities span multiple levels of the building including the rooftop.

The project is located on Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah, a man-made island archipelago extending into the Arabian Gulf. It sits minutes from the Wynn Al Marjan Island resort and the island's growing retail and dining strip. Ras Al Khaimah International Airport is approximately 25 minutes away, and Dubai is around 45-50 minutes by car.

Al Marjan Island is RAK's primary waterfront destination and has seen significant price appreciation since the announcement of the Wynn Resort, the first licensed gaming resort in the UAE. The island offers direct Gulf frontage, low population density, and no property tax, attracting both regional and international investors. Rental demand is projected to increase substantially when the Wynn Resort opens.

The collaboration with Jacob & Co — the Swiss watchmaker known for its hyper-complex timepieces and jewellery — gives the project a distinct design identity that goes beyond a logo placement. Hand-crafted detailing, precision material choices, and the brand's visual language are embedded into architecture and interiors. Combined with a glass-bottom pool, rooftop sunset bar, and golf simulator, the amenity stack is notably more curated than typical mid-rise island developments.
