Iconic Residences by MERED

Iconic Residences is a 60-floor luxury residential tower in Dubai Internet City developed by MERED, an international real estate company with 36 completed projects across Eastern Europe and the USA. The tower's interiors and architecture carry the signature of Pininfarina — the Italian design house renowned for shaping Ferrari and Maserati models. It is one of MERED's first developments in the UAE market.

The tower offers 1–4-bedroom apartments, two premium 3-bedroom units on the 57th floor, and one exclusive 3-bedroom duplex penthouse across floors 58 and 59. Standard 1–3BR apartments range from 858 sq. ft to 2,794 sq. ft, while the two premium units measure between 3,698 and 4,696 sq. ft. Iconic Residences offers a 50/50 payment plan — 50% paid during construction and 50% on handover — making it accessible for both end-users and investors.
