The collection is limited edition, offering 5, 6, and 7-bedroom standalone villas.

The project is a unique dual-brand collaboration: de GRISOGONO, the Swiss fine jewellery house, designed the interiors inspired by the black diamond's aesthetic of power and precision. Roberto Cavalli contributed the exterior design language, incorporating curved textures, animal-print detailing, and wooden features throughout the villas.

Gems Estates Villas offers 5, 6, and 7-bedroom standalone villas with living areas ranging from 4,059 to 24,550 sqft. Each villa features double-height ceilings, large floor-to-ceiling glass windows, and en-suite bedrooms with walk-in closets, making them among the most spacious private residences available in Dubai.

Prices for Gems Estates Villas by DAMAC Properties start from AED 24,000,000. Given the limited edition nature of the collection and the premium dual-brand design collaboration, these villas are positioned at the very top of Dubai's luxury residential market.

DAMAC Properties offers an 80/20 payment plan for Gems Estates Villas, meaning 80% of the purchase price is paid during the construction and development stages, with the remaining 20% due upon handover. This structure is standard for DAMAC's premium off-plan offerings.

Residents have access to the Trump International Golf Club, a championship golf course with professional facilities, and Malibu Bay — a wave pool designed to replicate ocean conditions.
