Albero is a residential development by Emaar Properties, located in the Green Gate district of Dubai Creek Harbour. It is the first project launched within the Green Gate master-planned community. The development offers 479 units including 1 to 3-bedroom apartments and 3-bedroom townhouses.

Albero offers 1, 2, and 3-bedroom apartments ranging from 754 to 1,848 sq ft (70–171 sqm), as well as 3-bedroom townhouses measuring between 4,080 and 4,166 sq ft (379–387 sqm). Townhouses include both a ground-level terrace and a private rooftop terrace. Three-bedroom units across both types include dedicated staff quarters.

Prices at Albero start from AED 1,820,000 for a 1-bedroom apartment. Larger apartments and townhouses are priced higher depending on floor, view, and layout. The development is positioned as a premium but accessible entry point into Dubai Creek Harbour's growing property market.

Albero is offered on an 80/20 payment plan, meaning 80% is paid during construction and 20% on handover. This structure allows buyers to stage most of their investment over the build period leading to Q3 2029. Emirati buyers may also qualify for a limited exclusive 2.5% monthly payment plan, subject to eligibility.

Albero is scheduled for handover in Q3 2029. The project is currently off-plan, giving early investors a multi-year window before completion. Emaar Properties has a strong track record of delivering large-scale master-planned communities in Dubai on schedule.

The area is already connected to the Dubai Metro Green Line, with future integration into the Blue Line planned, making it well-served for daily commuters and residents alike.

Depending on the unit and floor, residents can choose from creek views, city skyline views, or golf-course views. Floor-to-ceiling windows and private balconies are standard across all apartments and townhouses, maximising the visual connection to the surrounding landscape.
